Alphatec's Insight Reporter selected by a large international bank.
One of the largest international banks in the world has selected Alphatec's Insight Reporter to provide analysis and management information for their Research and Adjustments department.
Alphatec have worked closely with FIS Global to integrate Insight Reporter into FIS’s ResolveCheck difference management system.
Insight Reporter will analyse the case and workflow data from ResolveCheck and allow the bank's R&A department to better manage their operation.
As well as providing trending analysis, Insight Reporter will allow
the users to Slice & Dice the ResolveCheck data to produce dynamic reports.
Users will also have the ability to drill down into the data to the individual case level as well as identify bottlenecks in the end-to-end operational process and therefore use their resources more efficiently.
