So, we’ll be ensuring we onboard Nathan into an inclusive environment and foster strong working relationships especially as the whole software development team are geographically dispersed. A cornerstone of Agile methodologies, this meeting is a brief daily get-together where team members gather to share their progress, blockers, and plans for the day, and for remote teams such as ours, this meeting is crucial as it provides an opportunity for Nathan to meet the team, and a daily touchpoint which fosters a sense of community.
