Our systems and processes are accredited to recognised standards, including Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001, giving customers confidence that both our platform and our operations meet internationally accepted security practices.

Our solutions are hosted on Microsoft Azure — a trusted cloud environment designed for reliability, resilience and data protection. In addition, our products are regularly penetration tested, secured with multi-factor authentication, and include optional GDPR anonymisation features within ClaimControl.

Alphatec is also an approved HM Government G-Cloud supplier.
