With the system being browser based, you don’t need to get on the company VPN either, making access faster and more reliable.
End to End Functionality
WASP has the whole process covered, from the receipt of the work order all the way through to invoice generation. Every step of the job can be split out and the site team will work their way through each task, highlighting any changes and evidencing completion of each step. The WASP contract set up captures all the rates, contract rate codes, composite rates etc and the allows invoices to be generated and sent straight to the client. All while retaining a complete audit trail from source to completion with every touch point recorded.
Utilising the benefits of the internet and our WASP app allows superb visibility of works. You can, in real-time, get an overview of job progress at operator, manager, region, or contract level. This is facilitated by our flexible user access approach so you can give a log-in to any stakeholder that needs it, and even utilise the client portal so your customers can see what’s going on.
