Timebox highlighted in The Broker magazine
October 1, 2012 Alphatecs Timebox is highlighted in this quarters BIBA Broker magazine. Rachel Gordon discusses mandatory disclosure and looks at the impact on brokers and how they can adapt to the changing landscape.
Steve White, BIBA's head of compliance discusses the importance of clarity and being able to articulate what service was provided to the client. In particular, he emphasises the importnace of having "the right systems in place so that you can provide a full schedule of services".
This cultural shift in thay brokers work is already being demonstrated by Cowens Survival Capability who are pushing towards being fully remunerated by fees within the next few years.
